Do you offer delivery across Kenya?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi and 24-48 hour delivery to other major towns including Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru via our trusted courier partners.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), and direct bank transfers. For orders within Nairobi, we also offer a Cash on Delivery option.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my space?

We have a 7-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that custom-made furniture or assembled items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do your home appliances and furniture come with a warranty?

Absolutely. All our electronic appliances come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, while our premium furniture pieces carry a structural warranty of up to 2 years.

Do you provide assembly services for furniture?

Yes, we provide free assembly for most furniture items delivered within Nairobi. For deliveries outside Nairobi, items are shipped with easy-to-follow manuals, though professional assembly can be arranged at an extra cost.
